Maintenance service prices
These prices are valid from 1.3.2011.
Basic services
1. Road maintenance and plowing, private road payments, general lighting in the area
2. Waste management
3. Receiving mail at Kerimaa reception
4. Key service at Kerimaa reception
5. General oversight of the area: reporting damages noticed to owner, preventing further damages
6. Helping owner to find repairmen and services
The price for the basic services is 55 euros (less than 80 sq meters) or 70 euros (80 sqm and larger) per cottage per month.
The price for the basic services is 150 euros per year for undeveloped plots.
Extra services as agreed

Opening mail with a power of attorney and forwarding to email, 30 euros per month or 5 euros per letter as agreed.
- A comprehensive maintenance service, 70 euros per month:
- Inside check of the cottage twice per month
- Clearing snow to the door
- Cutting grass
- Exchanging light bulbs
- Other services at 48 euros per hour
All prices above include VAT 23 %.
